Water flooding
The first water injection must be operated by technical personnel or professional personnel.
Open the water injection valve / water supplement valve and exhaust valve on the heating system.
Watch the water pressure gauge on the operation panel. When the pointer is between 0.1 and 0.15Mpa, the water injection is stopped.
Running the wall hanging furnace (not opening the gas switch), the mode selection control knob refers to the position of the test car (TEST), and the pump operation is emptied. When the pressure of the system falls below 0.1Mpa, the wall hanging furnace is closed.
Continue the water injection until the water pressure gauge is between 0.1 and 0.15Mpa.
Then run the wall hung stove (do not turn on the gas switch), point the mode selection knob to the location of the trial run (TEST), drain the pump and make the system pressure constant between 0.1 and 0.15Mpa.
Close the water supply valve and exhaust valve to observe the seepage and leakage of the system.
Ignition and operation
Confirm whether the type of gas is in accordance with the nameplate of the wall hanging furnace.
Open the gas switch to check whether the gas system is closed well.
Determine whether to install a timer and a thermostat. If it is installed, make sure that it is open.

heating mode
The operation panel will turn the mode selection control knob clockwise to the heating mode (heating indicator light). At this time, the machine will ignite and the combustion indicator light will be ignited after normal combustion.
The heating temperature control knob is rotated clockwise, the temperature will flicker, and the desired temperature can be set at 30-80.
(the temperature is set at the time of flickering; it is the actual temperature of the water when it does not flicker.) After setting up, the wall hanging stove automatically saves the set parameters, enters the heating state, and runs according to the program.
Hot water model
The operation panel rotates the mode selection control knob to the shower mode (the shower indicator is bright).
Adjust the hot water control knob at 30-55 degrees centigrade. After setting, the wall hanger automatically saves the set parameters and enters the shower state. If you need hot water and open the faucet under the heating condition, the wall hanging furnace will automatically change from the heating state to the hot water state, turn off the faucet, and the wall hung stove will return to the heating state automatically (wait for 1 minutes).
Replenishment
The wall hanging furnace is equipped with a manual water injection valve / water supplement valve. When the pressure of the heating system falls below the red line during the operation, the system needs to be replenished to the system.
Counter clockwise rotating water injection valve / water supplement valve for about a week;
Observation on the panel pressure gauge in 0.1 - 0.15Mpa, clockwise screw injection valve / water valve.
Shutdown
The mode on the rotary panel is selected to control the knob to the shutdown state (0FF).
Short time shutdown: when no wall hanger is used, the mode on the rotary panel is selected to control the knob to the shutdown state (0FF).
Under the conditions of possible ice formation, the wall hanger must be kept electricity and gas through, so that the anti freezing device of the wall hanging furnace can be operated automatically.
Long time shutdown: if you don't have to do it for a long time, turn off the gas source and cut off the power.
In winter, the discharge valve must be opened to remove the water from the wall hanging furnace and pipeline to prevent freezing and freezing.
Matters needing attention
The first water injection cannot discharge the system air at once. When the pump runs, the residual air column enters the flow detection system with the flow of water, causing protection to start and report EP failure. The machine should be restarted and reoperated until the system runs steadily.
Water injection / replenishment valve should be closed after water injection or replenishment is completed.
During the operation, the heating valve is strictly prohibited to ensure the smooth flow of the heating system.
In non heating season, the wall hanging furnace should be placed in hot water mode (summer mode) or shutdown, which can not be placed in heating mode (winter mode).
It is necessary to use the specified gas on the label, and the other gas should be used tightly.
Keep the minimum maintenance operation space for the wall hanging furnace.
